How to save Adsense verification code in blogger HTML template

Previously, Adsense used to allow us to create an Ad code and save in our gadget for verification. For one reason or the other, Adsense has changed their verification process which now requires you to paste an auto-generated code between the <head></head> tag in your HTML. Surprisingly, even Google owned Blogger cannot parse its own Adsense code and if the code is not saved properly, Adsense will not be able to review your site and you will have to wait forever.  If you are reading this post, you may be wondering how you will save the Adsense code in your blogger template without showing you an error as shown below.

Well, the solution is simple. First, we will have to tweak the code in such a way that Blogger will accept it. There are two methods and both of them work perfectly. It is left for you to determine which  is easier for you.

METHOD 1: HOW TO SAVE ADSENSE VERIFICATION CODE IN BLOGGER WITHOUT ERROR

1. Copy the code from your Adsense dashboard.

2. Login to your blogger dashboard and click on Themes>>Edit HTML
3. Look for <Head> in your HTML. It is usually found within the first 10 lines. If you can't find it, click anywhere in the code area and press CTRL F (Control F) , type  <Head> in the search box and hit the ENTER button. Just below this <Head> tag, paste the Adsense code as shown below.

4. We are going to change the first line of the Adsense code from
this:
<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>

To this:

<script async="" src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>

So my code will look like this:

5. Click on Save Theme. If you did everything correctly, you will observe that the code will be saved without error.

METHOD 2: HOW TO SAVE ADSENSE VERIFICATION CODE IN BLOGGER WITHOUT ERROR

1. Follow Step 1 in method one above to get your Adsense code. Copy it.

2.We are going to parse the code so that blogger understand it. Visit http://html-to-xml-parser.blogspot.com and paste your code in the first box. Your parsed code will appear in the second box.

3. Copy the parsed code and repeat steps 2 to 3 from method 1. Paste the parsed code below the <head>  and click on Save theme. Your code will be saved without presenting any errors.

Conclusion: Both methods work perfectly and when carefully applied, your Adsense application will be reviewed. I wish you success as you join the Adsense publishers gang! Happy blogging!

  4. If you value email marketing or you are an email marketer, then you should understand how wasteful it can be to send out emails to addresses that are not valid and this makes the verification process very important 먹튀검증소
